Maintenance of software is a very contentious issue. Some customers understand
the need and others choose to ignore it. No matter what your thoughts are on the
issue it is extremely important that you at least make some consideration

Our DNC software is typically provided with continuous free telephone support and no
maintenance contracts but our bigger more complex Cad/Cam systems have major upgrades each year
which are costly to produce so we do charge maintenance on both an annual and
non annual basis. It is important that you stay up to date so that you can
continually minimize your cost of waste!
